Firstly upload your 3D data

After upload MAINWARE processes the file so it can be accessed online in the web browser of any device. Just make sure to export your model to STEP format. Everything else will be handled by our compression engine

• Use STEP AP214 to keep components’ colors and properties.
• Manage and update model’s versions and configurations.

Create interactive manuals

Design step by step instructions on how to operate, maintain and service your machines. Create 3D instructions or simply import your existing manuals. You can attach any documentation that is necessary to the Machine’s digital profile.

• Create 3D annotated views as product descriptions.
• Add animations, annotation labels highlight parts directly in the 3D steps.
• If needed utilize annotated photos and videos.
• You can export the manuals and use them as standard documentation.

Digitalize maintenance plan

Convert the machine’s prescribed maintenance list into MAINWARE. Create tasks, assign instructions and set up the schedule.

• Create recurring tasks with specific dates or with fixed period.
• Set up tasks that are automatically initiated when specific thresholds such as temperature or motohours are reached.
• Assign instructions and attachments as guidance.
• Create service history log you can access in the future.
